Quill is unmaintained and should be deprecated properly

We haven't really maintained this repo for a while, so I'm thinking it might be time for deprecation. Since we created Quill, a number of awesome node.js powered blogging platforms have emerged. Here are a few that I would consider comparable to what we envisioned quill being:

Of course, if the friendly contributor comes along and wants to revive it, I'd be happy with them taking over. Also, I'll still accept pull requests if they come in.

Assuming you agree, I'll move forward with documenting that we're no longer maintaining this.
