Finding Various 'Advanced Analysis' Features

First of all, I'd like to say that this program is incredible and I'm loving the depth and capabilities it offers thus far!
My only issue is, I can't seem to find a handful of the 'advanced analysis' options listed in the guide and README (Deck Health Score, Autopsy Report, Cascade Map, Prophecy Engine, Hypothesis Lab).
Is there some toggle I've missed for these options or am I just blind and stupid and can't find them?

Hey, thank you for the kind words — and sorry this sat unanswered for so long. You're not blind: none of these have a toggle, they're contextual, and most only appear once SpireScope has run history to work with. Here's where each one lives:

• Deck Health Score — Deck Analyzer (/deck). Add cards to a deck (or load one from a run with the Analyze Deck button on any run page) and the health score panel appears with the synergy breakdown.
• Autopsy Report — bottom of the run detail page, defeats only. Run History → open any lost run and scroll down; wins don't get autopsies.
• Cascade Map — also on a completed run's detail page: click any card in the floor-by-floor timeline to see its downstream impact on damage, fight length, and HP.
• Prophecy Engine — /prophecy in the nav. It predicts from your history, so it needs a handful of completed runs before it says anything interesting.
• Hypothesis Lab — /hypothesis in the nav. Create a hypothesis and it gets tested against your run history as you play.

If any of those pages look empty, the usual cause is no save data detected — the home page shows your run count, and if it's zero, check that the game has written saves (or set STS2_SAVE_DIR if yours live somewhere unusual).

Since you asked this, v3.0.0 shipped with a lot more (patch-era analytics, enchantment display, always-current game data) — worth grabbing the latest. Thanks again for the report, this thread is exactly the feedback that helps.
