Initial build: OWASP Hunting documentation site

Full production-ready documentation site for the OWASP Hunting project.

- Next.js 16 (App Router) + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS v4
- 47 statically generated pages (landing, docs, 31 payload pages, static pages)
- Full docs layout: sidebar, ToC, breadcrumbs, prev/next navigation
- Payload reference pages with copy buttons, collapsible sections
- Fuse.js search with Cmd+K shortcut and keyboard navigation
- OWASP icon mark logo (header, footer, favicon)
- Upstream repo (owasp/owasp-hunting) distinguished from fork (0x5t4l1n/owasp-hunting)
- Responsible-use disclaimer on all payload pages
- Charcoal/amber design — visually distinct from 0d4y.dev dashboard
- Fully responsive, accessible, zero TypeScript errors
