Describe the bug

once selected, I am unable to unselect the checkbox

Steps to reproduce

1. go to https://uli-community.tattle.co.in/crowdsource-contributions
2. select a category
3. try to unselect the checkbox

Expected behavior

the checkbox to be unselected
