Can't dismiss welcome to early access on low resolution+scale devices

### What happened?

Hi, I'm running a unihertz jelly star device, and the welcome text is so long that I can't click the dismiss button. Pressing back dismisses the alert partially but still blocks inputs. This device has no option to change the screen scale to work around this issue. 
I would expect the back button to dismiss all alerts, or make alerts scrollable so buttons can be tapped
