Test Networks on MetaMask

Hello, I recently made an account for metamask along with the video. I have an issue where when I turn on test networks, I don't see any of the names on the video such as Rinkeby, Kovan, or Rapsten.

Is this because the video is older or because there is something I must do first?

Update: I realized the testnet has been deprecated for sepolia.

Just embarking on tutorial .. Has PC promoted an alternate/recommended test-net that is currently active? Eg. Sepolia?

Okay .. found the reference in README, & PC's current recommendation is in fact Sepolia ..

Can you try requesting 1 type of token at a time , like either ETH or LINK ,not together . In the screenshot you provided , you are kinda requesting for both test Link and test Eth

I have added the sepolia test-net but it does not recognize me as a human. Could someone please help me because I can't get the simulated ones.

Yes, the test networks Rinkeby, Kovan, and Ropsten have been deprecated.
MetaMask now uses Sepolia and Goerli as the main Ethereum testnets.
You don’t need to do anything extra—just enable test networks in MetaMask and switch to Sepolia or Goerli.
