Ensure detector orientation and ImageD11 flip matrix are consistent

Beside (orientation == 3) the pixel position differ between pyFAI & ImageD11 (even without tilts)

The LLM proposes some beam center adjustment code suitable for pyFAI so it would match ImageD11 in the issue comment above. In the signature to "convert_from_ImageD11", I would like to add a force_orientation=3 argument, as otherwise I don't see how to match the spatial distortion files we use at ID11. It could be force_orientation=None to match the current behavior.

I can try to clean that up for a PR here if you like? For now, I didn't locate your mock_1.tif test images. Probably I will merge something on the ImageD11 side in the coming weeks anyway, so this is not urgent. Might be easier for you to just let it get maintained over there?
