[bug]: Dropdown Menu truncates content with Radix #11526

Describe the bug

I recently updated to the latest version of the component and got some dropdowns broken, see screenshots for the examples:

How to reproduce

1. Create a dropdown-menu with a tiny trigger button
2. The content of its popup should be wider than 8rem and the trigger's width
3. The content of the popup is truncated
