Property Editor Action/ Block Action Toggle for using Block Previews?

Pretty much like the sort mode property editor action for grid.. there are sometimes when we want to collapse block previews back to the default (for particularly long previews?) This could give the editor the same option as the developer has in the IgnoredContentTypes

Indeed the property editor action could be a toggle all on/off and then the block action selectively individually toggle to give granular control.
