BUG: BR: Select next/previous envelope point

A quirky bug: The actions SWS/BR: Select next/previous envelope point, when used on take volume envelope, work but cause the Arrange window viewport to scroll to the start of the project.

Good catch, it's a bug in my ai-mouse-actions branch. Fixed, builds will be posted at #1964 later as usual.
