allow spatial terms in filtering and query searches

For example, on the browsing page, I need to click through several pages of results to view the phenotypes for "anatomical region part_of vomer" in the Dillman matrix. It would be more intuitive to filter on the BSPO term.

Would this be a separate panel like 'Anatomical entity' and 'Phenotypic quality'? Or just let you select as an anatomical entity.

I was thinking the latter - selecting spatial term as an anatomical entity.
