ci: drop the temporary secret fingerprint check

It confirmed PYPI_API_TOKEN reaches CI byte-identical to the local
credential (sha256/12 3370b45d4cc1, len 179) in both repos. Keeping a
workflow whose only job is to handle a live token is a standing risk for
no further benefit.
