Fix AgentReady config path - move to .github/agentready/config.yaml

Organizes AgentReady config in dedicated .github/agentready/ folder and
fixes the workflow to correctly reference .github/agentready/config.yaml
instead of the malformed .github/.github/workflows/ path.
