Update Statistics pipeline -- ontology mapping

The InterLex ID and KS link were removed starting from version 5. Therefore, they should not be displayed for version 5 or any later versions.

Add two columns (preferredOntology preferredCrossReferenceSource (other name?)) two the statistics. Create a hard-coded mapping in the code identifying the preferred sources.
