Compatibility with Product Catalog V2

Hello Nathan,

Chargebee seems to have introduce a version 2 of its Product Catalog, active on new ChargeBee projects, that introduces a few new endpoints / attributes / parameters, and disables some of the others.

Example :

• New endpoint : subscriptions?prod_cat_ver=2&lang=curl#create_subscription_for_items
• Disabled endpoint : subscriptions?prod_cat_ver=1&lang=curl#create_subscription_for_customer

The API changelog doesn't mention it, but the official php client's changelog does : https://github.com/chargebee/chargebee-php/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#v279-2020-11-26

Do you plan to reflect those changes in your library ?

Anyway, thank you for making this php client publicly available, because sadly, the official one is not reliable.
