After sending files to a device, currently they stay in packet's list. This is a problem when a new file is selected with "send with pocket" or by drag&drop, because it would try to send the other files again. Even "going back" to the main screen keeps the list of files.
There's one situation where you'd like to keep the list: When sending the same set of files to multiple devices. But I guess that's rarely used.
I suggest to remove files from the list once they were sent successfully, optionally with a snackbar allowing to undo the removal. Also additionally, a new option in the settings could control this behavior.
