It's a link. Tbh, I'd make these tabs buttons, as I don't think opening demo files in new tabs is common or even that helpful with our current demos, which most of the times only have two files.

In my mind, there was no way this would be a link because I didn't expect a use case, the closest I have seen is this, which I never used/seen used.

But for tabs, yeah ok maybe, this is different
