                      1.1 with identical Parameters. The upstream
                      copyright notice is retained below; portions of
                      this Licensed Work copied or derived from Exo
                      remain (c) 2025-2026 Ankit Gupta and continue to
                      be governed by the upstream license terms.

Additional Use Grant: You may make use of the Licensed Work, provided that
                      you may not use the Licensed Work for a Commercial
                      Purpose.

                      A "Commercial Purpose" means any of the following:

                      (a) offering the Licensed Work, or any material
                          portion thereof, to third parties as a hosted
                          or managed service where the service provides
                          users with access to a substantial set of the
                          features or functionality of the Licensed Work;

                      (b) distributing, selling, licensing, or otherwise
                          making available the Licensed Work, or any

https://github.com/ankitvgupta/exo. The upstream project is (c) 2025-2026
Ankit Gupta and is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 with
the Parameters shown above. The fork's first commit was based on the
upstream `main` branch, and modifications have been made by Mrdula
Solutions and contributors thereafter. Each contributor's individual
copyright is retained as recorded in the project's git history.

Per the BUSL terms below ("All copies of the original and modified
Licensed Work, and derivative works of the Licensed Work, are subject
to this License"), this fork is distributed under identical Parameters.
The Change Date is set to 2033-01-01 to match the upstream Change Date,
so both the upstream and this fork transition to the Change License
(Apache 2.0) on the same calendar day. The fork's own four-year clock
under the BUSL begins at the date of this fork's first publicly
available distribution.

Terms

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative
works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensed Work. The
Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above, permitting limited
production use.

Effective on the Change Date, or the fourth anniversary of the first publicly
available distribution of a specific version of the Licensed Work under this
License, whichever comes first, the Licensor hereby grants you rights under
the terms of the Change License, and the rights granted in the paragraph
above terminate.
