Was trying out the tool on https://broken--deque-workshop.netlify.app/, where it reported the "cook {recipe}" buttons is being inaccessible to low vision keyboard users. I'm not entirely sure, but it appears to be because the focus state fades in.
BTW that site took almost 12 hours to run on my machine because of the enormous number of possible states it can be in. It ended up finding 724 of them.
