Steps to reproduce
Install intelligent terminal on a cloud PC with onedrive folders.
Run PS on a PC with the same onedrive signed in where folders are copied/roamed over.
Expected Behavior
No response
Actual Behavior
When shell integration is attempting to be added during first run, the app can fail to initialize it if the PC is using Onedrive and/or can't find the PROFILE directory.
Also, Onedrive can roam these files to other PCs, which will cause PS failures if not handled correctly.
