Description of the new feature / enhancement

As part of your image resize, it would be great to also be able to change the image format ie .heic files to .jpg and resize

Scenario when this would be used?

Receiving multiple large .heic files and requiring a lower size .jpg output

Supporting information

A lot of images I am getting are now in .heic format
