Permission Response throws away publicKey

The PERMISSION_RESPONSE type message includes a publicKey property in the payload that is currently being thrown away. Instead of throwing it away can we please expose it to the dapp through ThanosWallet ?

I would also need to retrieve the public key from a Temple wallet account because I want to verify a signature created by the Temple wallet with Taquito (where I need a public key). Is there any possibility to get the public key? Or on the other side to verify with the public key hash?
