I am getting this error when using a sequence combiner. Two of my features are a sequence feature. Even though I have the maximum sequence length set to be the same I am getting this error.
ValueError: The sequence length of the input feature tm_jf_sen_0 is 42 and is different from the sequence length of the main sequence feature equity_seq which is 39. Shape of tm_jf_sen_0: torch.Size([2, 42, 256]), shape of tm_jf_sen_0: torch.Size([2, 39, 256]). Sequence lengths of all sequential features must be the same in order to be concatenated by the sequence concat combiner. Try to impose the same max sequence length as a preprocessing parameter to both features or to reduce the output of tm_jf_sen_0.You can see my config here
