define a max for estimated points in a list

Change the background color to a "danger" color (eg: "red"), if the total estimated points is higher than the max value of set for the list. Use a "warning" color (eg: "yellow"), if the estimated total is equal with the max (or between 0.9-1.0 x max?).

Use "()", "[]" or "{}" to set the max number of points for a list.

For example:

(2) item 2
==> "default" color, estimated < max (2+2 < 5)

(5) list foo
(1/2) item 1
(3) item 2
==> "warning" color, estimated == max (2+3 == 5)

(5) list foo
(1/2) item 1
(4) item 2
==> "danger" color, estimated > max (2+4 > 6)
