Standardize all file operation messages to follow this consistent base structure:

[Status Icon] [Operation] [Full directory path] [Filename] [Directory Title]

• Core Components: [Status Icon], [Operation], and [Filename] are always displayed.
• Optional Modifiers:
• [Full directory path] ([Feature Request] Display full directory paths by default in file operation OSD/notifications #19246) is toggled via Display full directory paths in file operations.
• [Directory Title] ([Feature request] Option to show directory labels instead of full paths in OSD/notifications #16222) is toggled via Show directory labels for file operations.
