Describe your suggested feature

I've recently implemented a server for syncing user data (for now only subscriptions, playlists), that will be hosted publicly on libretube.dev (https://github.com/libre-tube/sync-server).

There are plans to also support playlist bookmarks, watch history, and channel groups, but that's not yet implemented. It's more important to get the subscriptions and playlists supported for now.

This is a tracking issue for implementing LibreTube support for it:

• Add settings support for choosing the sync server
• Redesign instance settings, remove obsolete settings from there and make it easier to understand
• Implement support for subscription syncing
• Implement support for playlist syncing
• Add welcome screen for choosing syncing method
• Think about how to migrate users that previously used other methods (e.g.Piped) to the sync server
