Add missing Steelseries dumps

Perhaps @ergor and @flozz could help with this.

Currently we have dumps of the Rival 310. We should add dumps from devices that don't use the same protocol version, like the Rival 100 and the Rival 600.

The dumps we need:

• Init sequence (packets sent when the driver starts)
• LED configuration
• DPI configuration
• Report/Polling rate configuration
• Macro configuration

In the same folder you have doc for original Rival, Rival 300 and derivative → https://github.com/flozz/rivalcfg/tree/master/doc

they have the same protocol (but different from Rival 100), only the productId changes. You will also find a list of product ids for many SteelSeries mouse in the README of the repository :)
