Solution to Merge Tada passed but name not showing

Hello @jlord and all, I just finished all the Git-it challenges and my solutions are passed. But I couldn't find myself on jlord.us/patchwork. I tried to go through all the steps in the last challenge again but nothing is updated this time...does anyone know how this can be potentially resulted from and how to solve it?
