New Target Request: ACCTON_GFF4 Flight Controller

Current Behavior

Currently, our tests show that INAV can run on this new flight controller board, but it has not yet been merged into the main branch, so users cannot flash the INAV firmware onto this flight controller board.

Desired Behavior

I want to add official INAV support for this new hardware target: [ACCTON_GFF4].

Hardware Specifications:

• MCU: STM32F405RGT6
• IMU (Gyro/Accel): ICM42688P
• Barometer: DPS368
• Compass: IST8310 (option)
• OSD Chip: AT7456E(option)
• Blackbox: NAND FLASH_2Gb

Suggested Solution

• I have prepared the target configuration files and PR(Add target ACCTON_GFF4(STM32F405RGT6) #11658) has been issued.
