Image not found -crash/error

What is the issue:

When I open the QGis Projekt the follwing massage occurs:

• Freehand Raster Georeferencer - Image not found

When trying to close the notification, QGis crashes and there are only two option:

• close program or wait for program
  Waiting will lead to colsing

Tried the following, but didn't work:

• open QGis without the layer/image path
• copy Project and open it without path
• put image in same folder and origin folder
