Clean issue to replace #7619.
Laminas mail component used as of 9.5.0 for mail collectors does not supports self signed certificates. This has been reported on their side for a while. A fix was proposed, but no one was working on it.
We have updated existing PR and proposed it again upstream:
laminas/laminas-mail#94
If you want this issue to get fixed on GLPI, consider contributing on above PR; because until a upstream solution has been approved, there is nothing to do but wait.
