UX issues - can't start a commit from a hunk / dragging file back to stage collapses diff

Hi! Not sure if this is intentional, so wanted to report - it seems to be not possible to start commit from a hunk. Intuitively, it seems dragging file and a distinct hunk are sort of similar - you just move changes around, so it feels like should be able to start commit from a hunk too.

Short demo - dragging file triggers "Start Commit", but dragging a hunk doesn't.

Another little thing there, when dragging some file from stage and then changing your mind and dragging it back, it collapses diff area (visible on the demo above), which seemed a bit confusing. I've figured I can drop file elsewhere besides staging area, so diff won't collapse, but new users will probably stumble upon this too.

I was also able to reproduce this issue in the latest Nightly build, so fair to say it's still present.
Maybe @mtsgrd knows if this is intended.

On the "drag a file back and the diff collapses" part: it's AssignmentDropHandler calling clearPreview after the re-assign (hunkDropHandler.ts) — the previewed file gets cleared (to avoid showing a file that's moved lanes), so the diff area goes blank.

It could instead re-point the preview to the file's new lane, so the diff follows the file rather than disappearing — same goal (no stale view), but the diff stays open. Worth doing, or is the clearing intentional?
