Dashboard – include an Advanced Search; discussed during the 1/14/26 status meeting

• Include an Advanced Search to facilitate support of issues such as the annual HSI update, and the ability to answer questions about which and how many facilities are affected.
• This was a legacy feature that could be performed in HSRP for most fields. It was hoped that support to use Power BI would enable these types of queries, and more, to be performed easily.
• Be able to do searches on singular additional fields such as Class, Additional Org Unit, UECs (need to add new checkbox and button in Status Tab), Liens, Financial Assurance, Landfills, ISWQS, and Sites where chemical substances are in the soil or GW (or used to score). --- This has been addressed
