[priority 2] Mint more SUGARs

If we run out of SUGAR token, how can we refill the main account and mint more?
=> Victor, Mauricio: Find a solution that if the genesis account runs out of account to mint more SUGAR tokens. Even with a large amount the SUGAR runs out so a funding mechanism is needed.
