I think it is needed to update Laravel and PHP support too.

Laravel 13 has been released (2026-03-17)
2027-09-17 (Bug Fixes) / 2028-03-17 (Security Fixes)
PHP: 8.3, 8.4, 8.5

Laravel 12 EOL (End of Life) is very soon: 2026-08-13 (Bug Fixes) / 2027-02-04 (Security Fixes)
Laravel 11 is EOL (End of Life): 2025-09-03 (Bug Fixes) / 2026-03-12 (Security Fixes)
Laravel 10 is EOL (End of Life): 2024-08-07 (Bug Fixes) / 2025-02-07 (Security Fixes)
Laravel 9 is EOL (End of Life): 2023-08-08 (Bug Fixes) / 2024-02-06 (Security Fixes)

I propose you to plan to update to Laravel 13 after Laravel 12 update.
