In DSP563 the button "Filter Balance" and "Source Balance" (in Vocoder effect section) are bound together, if you rotate one, the other rotates too. But neither of them can mute the L+R Input completely.
PLUS, there seems a bug in skins related to that:
In Hoverland, there is the Link button in Vocoder missing. This button is internally the same as the Cutoff 1/2 Link Button in OSC/Filter section. You can verify this when switching to the Trancy GUI. There is the Vocoder Link Button present.,Jump To
