[Week 12] Refinement, documentation, and finalization

Week 12 goal (from proposal):

Weeks 12-13: Refinement and Improvements — "fix edge cases; improve interaction details; strengthen error feedback; incorporate mentor feedback." Week 14: Documentation and Finalization — "write usage and architecture documentation; prepare demos or examples; finalize testing and delivery."

This issue condenses the proposal's Weeks 12-14 block into a single tracker issue (the repo only provides week-01..week-12 labels). It covers refinement, error feedback improvements, usage + architecture documentation, demo material, and final testing/delivery.

Definition of done: Working dora-studio proof of concept delivered with control API, simple visual editor, live status view, and documentation that lets another developer run the prototype locally.

Note: per the labels available on this repo, the week-12 label is used here to also represent the proposal's weeks 13 and 14 (final refinement, documentation, and finalization).
