Interact UI like plannotator in Prometheus for detail review.

prometheus usually ends up a ton of execution step, focus on execution, but sometime it has less spec of PRD detail, then the weaker models in Atlas sometime miss some design detail or improvise withour source of truth, can we add a better UI like plannotator provide the detail PRD after several question? it could be an optional after /start-work to validate or review, like some sort of ulw mode for Prometheus.

Once I install plannotator plugin, when I use hephaestus , it will called plannotator to submit review for my approval, then I can select Altas to run the task, usually it's slower since it didn't focus on parallel task(or maybe I should keep hephaestus agent), it's more like a experimental test but I came out better result since it's more focus on PRD detail.
