It's common to depend on assets like fonts, icons, etc which may be under licenses like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SIL_Open_Font_License
(e.g. cncf.io seems to use one under SIL OFL https://github.com/vmware-archive/clarity-city)
I feel like this is probably a separate category, since we wouldn't want code dependencies licensed under some of these (e.g. CC BY?) but we are seemingly fine with it for things like icons and fonts.
Could we clarify the policy for non-code dependencies?
https://github.com/cncf/foundation/blob/main/policies-guidance/allowed-third-party-license-policy.md
Seems very clear for code dependencies.
Thanks!
