[BUG]No resistance in virtual speed mode on Wahoo Snap

Hi,we're trying to use the Wahoo Kickr Snap with virtual shifting by tapping the phone screen to change gears; the display shows it changing from 0 to 24 in 15,but the resistance doesn't actually change when I press it.
Here is the problem

I guess i got the reason: could i ask you for example to load a gpx from the gpx on qz and after loading it try to change gears? I can't open my own GPX file—it won't load—and with the pre-configured GPX files, the speeds haven't changed at all

share a debug log loading one from the qz ones.
for your gpx, don't put them in the qz folder. remove them and import them from the other folder button in the gpx window in qz

I got the GPX working. But still nothing is happening with the speed

it seems not engaged, qz is still doing the same thing of the first session. when you load it, press the pause/play button enage it. you have to see the 3d map in the top right corner moving. in that scenario then it should work. if it works i know how to fix it

What do you recommend? Still nothing regarding the card—I can't get it to work. I have another phone nearby to test with.

did you do exactly what i said in my last comment? if so share a log doing that. otherwise simply pair it with mywhoosh and try the same if it's easier for you

I opened the 3D map, did what you told me to do, and still nothing :( no resistance

got it, thanks, last experiment, i promise :) check with mywhoosh connected to qz. are the gears working correctly then?

It works!! But I'm disappointed; the resistance doesn't match at all, and it's extremely strong—even at 0%.

ok so one step at time, did you configure the qz settings -> bike option -> wahoo option: in particular the chaing ring and the cog size?
also would you like to use qz standalone or with mywhoosh?

No, just touching the cog size at 17... the resistance is incredibly strong.
The QZ standalone is enough for me

ok but also the chainring must be exactly your chain ring. both values must reflect your setup. did you?
