Add SBOM support to bnd

Refering to DataInMotion/OSGi_STF#16, we want to introduce SBOM support for bnd. I'll start the contribution based on this issue.

We want to start with a simple bndrun based sbom generation first.

This is an application based sbom generation using dependencies from the following instructions:

• -runbundles
• -runpath
• -runfw
