tornadovm-installer error on AWS EC2 instance

Hi TornadoVM team,

tornadovm-installer shows error on AWS EC2 instance type g4dn.xlarge with Amazon Linux AMI:

./bin/tornadovm-installer --jdk jdk21 --backend ptx
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable
Collecting requests

... lines deleted

Collecting wget
  Using cached wget-3.2.zip (10 kB)
Using legacy 'setup.py install' for wget, since package 'wheel' is not installed.
Installing collected packages: wget
    Running setup.py install for wget ... done
Successfully installed wget-3.2
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./bin/tornadovm-installer", line 30, in <module>
    import wget
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'wget'

Running tornadovm-installer again yields different error:

./bin/tornadovm-installer --jdk jdk21 --backend ptx

An older version of urllib3 fixed the issue:

pip3 install urllib3==1.26.6

After this tornadovm-installer worked fine.
