Meta-issue on remaining Transfuse issues

• Long HTML-documents getting cut off (reported?)
• docx-files with document{0..n}.xml and not just document.xml are ignored DOCX document.xml may have a number TinoDidriksen/Transfuse#14
• spaces around -tags get removed space lost around <embed> TinoDidriksen/Transfuse#16
• email addresses inside <a> get weird cg-proc loses \ before @ GrammarSoft/cg3#79
• nested runs which give invisible text docx creates nested runs (<w:r><w:t><w:r><w:t>), which are then invisible in the opened document TinoDidriksen/Transfuse#19 – actually postgenerator nests wordblanks lttoolbox#145
• no tmx in html when transfuse=yes apertium#217
• list items "disappear" from docx, <w:r> and <w:t> tags dropped TinoDidriksen/Transfuse#28
