What happens
On pressing caps lock, caps lock is indeed engaged, but on pressing it again it does not disengage.
Example.
Run !Edit. Type some text into the window. Press caps liock. Caps lock LED lights as usual. Type text. All letters as capitals, as expected.
Press Caps Lock again. LED goes out, as expected. Type text. Caps Lock remains in force. There is no way to cancel this other than re-booting.
