Board Request: Banana Pi M2 Ultra

It would be nice if I could program my older Banana Pi M2 Ultra, but it does not support Blinka. Also, the newer models of it use an Allwinner A40, and the older models use an Allwinner R40

Also, the Banana Pi uses one single GPIO chip, with the other one that shows up in libgpiod being the AXP221 PMU
