There has been an increasing number of reports from users regarding profile pictures that require admins to take moderating action, such as deleting them. Currently, there is no process for this in the backend. This involves manual work in the database and on the file system.
There should be a feature for this in the backend. The existing DELETE endpoint for users could be extended for admins.
