1. OPEN SOURCE LICENSE (GNU AGPLv3)

For personal, academic, and non-commercial purposes, this project is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3).
Under this license, you are free to use, modify, and distribute the software, provided that:

- Any derivative works or modifications are also open-sourced under the AGPLv3 license.
- If you run the modified software as a service over a network, you must offer the source code to the users communicating with it.

1. COMMERCIAL LICENSE
