Revenge in Redmond improvements

Since I'm old fan of Supertux (playing it since 0.1.3) I loved the "Revenge in Redmond" worldmap available at the Contrib Levels section.

After playing it for a while I felt some of that old school ST vibe. However, I felt there were some details that one could tackle so that can be provided the best old school experience.
My suggestions are the following:

• Use the old sounds (within license compatibility) such as the killing and power-up sounds;
• Use the old red tux sprite instead of the helmet.
