Version 1.16.2

- Fix startup crash when Amecs was not installed separately (#285)
- Fix various issues with unwanted refilling by removing refilling "on other occasions".
  If some refilling that worked previously is now broken, please let me know (GitHub issue or Discord).
- Update to Minecraft 26.1
