We need country chapter founders

Prism's civic intelligence is only as good as the local knowledge behind it. Every country needs someone who lives there to own its data pipeline.

What a country chapter does

• Maintains the source registry for your country (which official sources are trusted)
• Runs at least one country mind node (a VPS, ~€10-20/month)
• Keeps evidence packs updated as policies and data change
• Represents your country's chapter in the international node network

What you need

• You live in the country (local knowledge is the point)
• Basic technical comfort (Docker, a VPS)
• Willingness to maintain it over time — this is a commitment, not a one-off
